Verdict on Top One Futures

Launched in Wyoming in April 2025, Top One Futures built its name on fast payouts and a 4.8/5 Trustpilot rating. Its four programs span monthly subscription, $39 access and instant funding. Two reservations: displayed prices include a permanent promotion, and a rules revision was applied to already-open accounts.

About Top One Futures

Top One Futures suits active traders who want frequent payouts and a low-cost way in. It calls for more caution if you expect periods away from the screen, or if the prospect of a rule changing mid-course on an open account is a problem for you.

Our full Top One Futures review

Top One Futures’ best-scored pillar is price, at 91 out of 100; its worst is trust, at 71. Those twenty points sum the case up: access costs little, money comes out fast, but the counterparty is young and has already moved its rules mid-course. Overall score: 78 out of 100, data verified as of 28 August 2026.

Top One Futures: a sixteen-month-old company that has already paid a lot

Top One Futures launched in April 2025 in Cheyenne, Wyoming, by its founder and CEO Matt Morris. It is a little over a year old, which remains short even by this sector’s standards.

The volume handled is not trivial: more than $22 million in verified payments over the first twelve months, and more than $27 million advertised by the site in August 2026. The Trustpilot score reaches 4.8 out of 5 across around 4,800 reviews, the best level on the futures segment alongside My Funded Futures.

The two findings complement each other: nothing in the verified facts signals a payment default. But sixteen months is not enough to know how the company reacts to a difficult year. That is what the trust pillar at 71 reflects: the risk is not going unpaid tomorrow, it is not knowing what happens in two years. Support is scored at the same level, 71.

Four Top One Futures programmes that do not cost what they advertise

The offer has four formats in August 2026, all available at $25,000, $50,000, $100,000 and $150,000.

Elite Daily is a monthly subscription: $80 for the $25,000 account, $98 at $50,000, $179 at $100,000, $247 at $150,000. A single phase, a 6% target, no activation fee, no time limit. The word that counts is “monthly”: if the evaluation drags on, the bill repeats, and the absence of a time limit is not free.

Elite Access is the entry price: $39, whatever size you are after. The same 6% target, one minimum trading day, a reset billed at $35. But activation fees of $139 to $359 depending on size are added after passing. The real cost of a successful run is therefore not $39 but $39 plus activation — the only one of the four programmes to bill that step.

Instant Sim Funded removes the evaluation: $189, $306, $369 or $423 depending on size, with no profit target to reach before starting.

IGNITE Instant Funding is the other direct route: $98, $179, $253 or $360, with no target either, but with the tightest rulebook of the four.

One point applies to all four: the advertised prices include a permanent 55% promotion, list prices being appreciably higher. The discount you see is not an opportunity to seize, it is the price. No promo code is needed, and any countdown on the sales page should count for nothing in your decision.

At Top One Futures, end-of-day trailing applies everywhere

All four programmes use the same drawdown calculation: trailing on the day’s close. Every session ending at a new equity high lifts your floor, and that floor never comes back down.

The consequence is counter-intuitive: your margin for error shrinks as you win. A trader who progresses in small steps sees their breach threshold stick to their equity without having done anything wrong. It is the opposite of a static drawdown, whose floor is set at the start and leaves room to breathe after a good run.

On IGNITE, the total drawdown is set at 4%. It is the tightest parameter in the offer, to be read alongside the calculation method: 4% of pullback from a high re-evaluated every evening, on an account funded from purchase. For the other three, total drawdown does not appear in our data; as for maximum daily loss, it is published on none of the four programmes: to be checked on the site before paying.

Top One Futures’ consistency rule, of variable geometry

The consistency threshold varies sharply by programme: 15% on IGNITE, 20% on Instant Sim Funded, 40% on Elite Daily and Elite Access, with the evaluation phase excluded from the calculation on the latter.

The logic is coherent: the more immediate the access to capital, the more the firm constrains how gains are distributed. At 15%, no single day can weigh more than a small fraction of total profit — the “one big session and I withdraw” scenario is ruled out, the result has to be built across many sessions. At 40%, the constraint leaves genuine latitude.

That is also what explains the score of 87 on rule fairness, the second best on the profile. News trading, scalping and copy trading are all three allowed — a rare combination on the futures segment — and there is no time limit; the only published minimum number of trading days is the single day required on Elite Access. The rulebook constrains the shape of performance, not the way you trade.

Not published in our data: leverage, holding positions overnight and over the weekend, use of Expert Advisors, commissions. Three platforms are offered: TradingView, Tradovate and NinjaTrader.

Cashing out at Top One Futures: fast, but bounded by three conditions

The profit split is 90% on simulated accounts, and it does not go higher. Moving to live trading brings it back to 80%. Payments are daily on Elite Daily, on five-day cycles on the other programmes, processed by the provider Riseworks with an advertised average delay under twelve hours.

First the thresholds. Since the July 2025 revision, withdrawals follow tiered targets: 6% gain for the first withdrawal, 5% for the second, 4% thereafter. The first payout therefore demands exactly the same effort as passing an Elite evaluation.

Then the methods: Rise or crypto, nothing else in our data, no bank transfer, and mandatory KYC. Finally, the delay before the first eligible withdrawal is not published. The payouts pillar is scored 73: execution speed is excellent, the framework around it less so.

The Top One Futures episode of July 2025

That tiered structure was not introduced for new accounts alone. It was applied to accounts already open, which drew criticism in the community and a public statement from Matt Morris.

That is the heaviest fact on this profile for anyone about to pay. Not a payment default, but a precedent: the terms bought today are not frozen for the life of the account. If that idea troubles you on principle, it should weigh more than the $39 entry.

Fourteen days without trading at Top One Futures, and the account disappears

Inactivity of more than fourteen calendar days leads to permanent loss of the account. Not a suspension, not a reactivation fee: loss.

Fourteen calendar days is a holiday, sick leave, or a period without a setup you are willing to trade. On an Instant Sim Funded bought at $423, the bill is blunt; on Elite Daily, the subscription keeps running.

Top One Futures: who it suits, and who it does not

This firm suits the active futures trader, present several times a week, who wants to cash out often without committing several hundred euros at once. Elite Access at $39 is the lowest entry ticket of the four programmes, provided you then fold activation fees into the calculation. The permissiveness of the rulebook makes it good ground for strategies other firms prohibit.

It suits poorly the trader who works in bursts, with whole weeks out of the market: the fourteen-day rule condemns them. Poorly too anyone aiming at a large allocation, the envelope capping at $150,000 with no published scaling plan. Poorly anyone who wants to be paid by bank transfer. And poorly anyone who needs to know that the rulebook on the day of purchase will be the one on the day of withdrawal.

73 countries and territories are excluded, including Iceland, the Philippines, Indonesia, Turkey, Ukraine, Ecuador, Panama and Jamaica. France is not among them.

What to open on Top One Futures’ site before reaching for the card

Four checks, all on the official site. The exact amount of Elite Access activation fees for the size you want, between $139 and $359. The maximum daily loss, absent from our data across all four programmes, and the total drawdown, which we have as a figure for IGNITE only. The cancellation terms of the Elite Daily subscription. And whether Rise is available in your situation, since it is one of only two payment routes.

Add a reflex the 2025 episode justifies: archive the rules page on the day you buy.
